Desert Yoga

Combine DeepFloating yoga with practice on land, surrounded by the tranquility of the desert. We offer daily Iyengar yoga classes, retreats, and host group workshops by instructors from many yoga disciplines.

During Iyengar Desert Yoga sessions at Avayasana, each asana is held for enough duration to create both alignment and precision in the physical body— and stillness within the mind.
